On February 13th, 2024 Larry Rybowiak was recognized for his 15 years of service with All-Color.

Larry has been an essential part of All-Color and has taken on many roles over the years.  He started in the company as a Production Supervisor managing the production floor.  He then took on the role of Quality Manager and was instrumental in developing all our quality assurance programs that continue to be used today.  Larry now mentors others in the use of the AutoCAD system for development of stickers for masking and also drives our trucks for us. 

In celebration of this milestone, Larry received a 15-year anniversary pin, monetary gift, and a carrot cake decorated in a fishing theme.  Fishing is one of Larry’s passions in his down time and his friend and coworker, Sidney Perry, made this cake in his honor.
