All-Color Powder Coating has been looking around for years to find a training program focused on coaters so they can hone their skills.  We recently purchased a virtual reality solution to meet our needs and are excited to offer it to others in our industry.  Here’s a sneak peek from our Training department of what’s to come at All-Color!

All-Color Powder Coating hosted the Spark Force campers interested in learning about manufacturing opportunities in the Finishing industry.  This training was conducted at All-Color’s facility which gave our trainers an opportunity to fully expose our virtual reality coating program to the kids to get them interested in a manufacturing career.  It was the first time All-Color showcased our full coating program to an outside group as well.  After the kids practiced coating using the virtual reality tool, they were taken to the shop floor to actually powder coat a jeep in our small batch system.  They picked out their own colors and used actual coating guns to test out what they learned during simulation.  The excitement was off the charts!
