C2C Peer Group Meets at All-Color
All-Color had the honor of hosting the inaugural C2C Peer Group meeting under the direction of the Powder Coating Institute and Chemical Coaters Association International. All-Color hosted custom coaters from across the nation to discuss best practices and how to improve and advance the powder coating industry. Specializing in powder coating it still a rarity, therefore collective direction is helpful for all. The group gathered at All-Color and performed a formal audit of our company. We received feedback on our production process, quality and management operations. All-Color is grateful for the opportunity to gain suggestions from fellow powder coaters. With the help of sponsors Mighty Hook, Axalta, IntelliFinishing, and Parker Ionics, meals were provided and we welcomed outside presenters. Cottingham and Butler’s Mike Johnson spoke to the group about changes in benefit compliance, administration and what companies should look out for. Nancy Turngren, Certified Coach, expressed how leaders in an organization can impact the engagement of their workforce from the top down. It was extremely beneficial to be able to learn about these topics and develop as a group. All-Color looks forward to visiting other powder coating shops and building on the professional relationships through the Peer Groups.
