SAND STRIPPING SYSTEM

All-Color Powder Coating, Inc. also offers a state-of-the-art Pyrostrip Fluidized Sand Stripping system. Our stripping system was installed in 2005 and is used to strip parts of prior coatings. The powder coating process requires that any prior coating be removed in order for the powder to adhere properly so the end result is a smooth finish. Our stripping system can handle a part that is 59 inches high x 42 inches wide and 52 inches long. It has a one hour cycle time with a maximum temperature of 800° F.
