AUTOMATED METAL POWDER LINES

All-Color Powder Coating, Inc. is proud to offer state-of-the-art powder coating equipment. Our lines are less than 7 years old and we utilize the latest technology available in the powder coating industry so you can be assured that your parts will be finished using the best process available.

Metal Line #1

Our first line can handle a part that is 30 inch wide x 66 inch high and 10 feet long. It consists of a 660 foot enclosed track conveyor designed at 8 feet/minute. Your parts will be cleaned in our six stage power spray washer that uses an alkaline cleaner and iron phosphate state with a R.O. water final rinse. Once rinsed, your part will move into our natural gas convection dry-off oven with a variable temperature up to 400° F. It then moves into a climate controlled powder application room where a Wagner Super Cube powder application booth will spray the color of your choice. Once in this booth, your parts are sprayed by six automatic electrostatic guns with two exterior manual touch-up stations. This state-of-the art powder application booth provides us with quick color change technology which allows us to make color changes in 10 minutes. Once the powder is applied, your part will move into our I.R., gas convection combination cure oven where parts are cured.

Metal Line #2

Our second line can handle a part that is 24 inch wide x 48 inch high and 5 feet long. It consists of a 740 foot enclosed track conveyor designed at 12 feet/minute. Your parts will be cleaned in a three stage power spray washer that uses a cleaner phosphate combination with R.O. water rinses. Once rinsed, your part will move into our natural gas convection dry-off oven with a variable temperature up to 400° F. It then moves into the same climate controlled powder application room where another Wagner Super Cube powder application booth will spray the color of your choice. Once in this booth, your parts are sprayed by six automatic electrostatic guns with two exterior manual touch-up stations. This state-of-the art powder application booth provides us with quick color change technology which allows us to make color changes is 10 minutes. Once the powder is applied, it will move into the I.R., gas convection combination cure oven to be cured per the powder coating manufacturers specifications.
