All-Color Powder Coating has gone to great lengths to install a Quality Assurance Lab within our facility.  Larry  Rybowiak has been promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist.  He is responsible for maintaining our internal quality control processes and management systems and performing quality control tests on materials entering and leaving our facility to assure the finished products maintain a level of high quality standards.

“We realized there was a need to incorporate this testing lab into our facility to ensure the highest level of quality that we as a company deem important,” comments Mark Mortensen, President of All-Color Powder Coating.

The lab is designed to perform testing in line with the ASTM standards for the powder coating industry.  The QA Lab is furnished with equipment which will allow for testing thickness, adhesion, hardness, impact resistance, flexibility, color and gloss.  All-Color Powder Coating is beginning the process of obtaining PCI 3000 certification from the Powder Coating Institute (PCI), which will open the door to new business.   Ultimately, the goal is to maintain our high level of quality while continuously improving our processes and the service to our customers.
